When Rodney Garrett is placed yet again in treatment for his addiction to narcotics and tasked once more to recover, he finds himself embroiled in a conspiracy that involves the entire staff, lead by the enigmatically evil Nanny Lou. As Rodney begins to recover, and his fellow patients disappear, he takes on another task: exposing the prison his addiction landed him in.
