Luke Wolf, struggling with PTSD, returns back to his hometown to visit his sister Elle, who has Down syndrome. Luke quickly realizes the monsters from his past are catching up to him. He meets Lily, who is new in town and running from her own monsters. A shady drifter named Cyrus arrives to town resulting in an explosive standoff with Luke.
